All-roller drive
All straightening rollers are driven via a transfer gearbox with heavy-duty ball joint shafts.
Block roller infeed
The complete upper roller frame is adjusted by 2 handwheels, which adjust the height of the machine infeed and outfeed.
The machine setting is measured by two digital encoders and can be read on the control panel.
The reading accuracy is 0.01.
Quick-change device
The entire straightening roller bearing is mounted on a sliding plate.
This sliding plate, to which both the straightening rollers and the entire support are attached, can be pulled out. This allows a quick replacement in an easily accessible location.
